Enjoying this view with a glass of ice-cold Prosecco is honestly the best way to kick off a dinner with a loved one!
Here, in the highest pizzeria in Europe, an authentic Neapolitan Forni Valoriani oven is installed. In it, our chefs bake pizzas at a very high temperature for no more than a minute and a half. The pizza in R14 is thin, airy, crispy, and turns out incredibly delicious! Be sure to order it for yourself and your other half :) No worries, if needed, we can make it on gluten-free dough.
For her we recommend our exclusive spicy tonnato peppers as an appetizer. For those watching their figure, our light but nutritious citrus salad with shrimp and avocado and refined and sophisticated tagliolini with zucchini and shrimp for the main course. Try our absolute hit for dessert – a blueberry delicacy in a signature jar.
For him we suggest fagotini (carpaccio with tapenade of olives and young cheese). For those with a big appetite our hearty four-cheese macaroncini or oven-roasted lamb shoulder. We also highly recommend trying our Mediterranean fish chowder, this spicy tomato and seafood soup is the absolute hit on our menu! For dessert, try out our warm and crispy apple tart with a ball of homemade ice cream.
