We love telling you how our Georgian cuisine brand chef Gia Khuchua likes to come up with new ideas and combinations for breakfast. And this is just one of the reasons why you should start your day at Moscow's MAMA TUTA. Here are three more:
"Different" Patriki
We serve breakfast daily from 9 to 12 on weekdays and from 10 to 12 on weekends. In the morning Malaya Bronnaya is strikingly different from its usual image: the filmmakers have not yet set up their equipment blocking the sidewalks, the cars have not yet gotten stuck in an endless traffic jam, and the bike lanes have not yet been filled with couriers on bicycles and students on scooters, only locals stroll by the pond and in the alleys. Quiet, non-party, just waking up Patriarshie – it's a very special time of day.
Ingredients
Gia loves going to the market (by the way, we will soon spend the whole day there with him and share some special secrets and lifehacks from our chef) and choosing the best seasonal products. Now for breakfast you can try a fluffy omelette with chanterelles, and soon Gia will definitely find something else on the market and “update” your favorite dish for a while, because it is very important to try new tastes. Perhaps the only thing that remains unchanged is our hot flatbread that we serve with omelette and shakshuka – it's just too good.
Bestsellers
The breakfast menu is short, but every dish is adjusted to our guests highest expectations. Incredible omelette with hummus, extraordinary shakshuka, hearty fried eggs with mushrooms and homemade sausage and, of course, legendary "nalistniki" made of cottage cheese. Right now we serve them with seasonal figs, before that we had cherries, what will happen next? Stay tuned!
